Payment Terms: We accept orders by mail accompanied by check or money order payable to: Mortar & Pestle Herbal Apothecary, LLC. Click here for the mail in: Order Form

Online orders are charged to VISA or MasterCard credit/debit cards via PayPal or Google Checkout secured merchant services. All sales are final.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail; however, shipment time may vary depending upon your location. USPS will deliver to street and P.O. Box addresses. All orders are subject to a flat shipping/handling rate based on your order total. Please note that our shipping/handling quotes are only for US domestic shipments. We do not ship internationally.

Orders totaling $15.00 or less — $5.00 shipping/handling fee
Orders totaling $15.01 – $30.00 — $8.00 shipping/handling fee
Orders totaling $30.01 -$74.99 – $10.00 shipping/handling fee
Orders totaling $75.00 and up — Ship for FREE!!

Out of Stock Products: If we are temporarily out of stock on a product, you may re-order that product on your next order. There will be no back-orders.

Returns: Returns are accepted on damaged items. Please notify Mortar & Pestle Herbal Apothecary, LLC immediately of damaged items. All returns must be pre-authorized by Mortar & Pestle Herbal Apothecary, LLC and a return authorization number will be given. Please call us at 410-616-9182 to obtain your return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on all returned packages. We will not accept packages without a return authorization number. All returns are for either product replacement or credit. No refund check will be issued.
