Cooling Relief Tea
A pleasantly refreshing blend of herbs that provides cooling relief from feeling overheated, or to soothe an irritated urinary tract.
Ingredients:
Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) – soothes irritated or inflamed skin or mucous membranes; helpful in healing ailments of the intestines, useful aid in the urinary system to comfort the aggravated tissues in urinary tract infections like cystitis
Couchgrass rhizome (Elymus repens) – mucilage rich rhizome; useful for treating urinary infections because of the herb’s broad antibiotic, and diuretic properties
Horsetail sterile shoots (Equisetum arvense) – contains silicic acid and other silicates; also contains potassium, aluminum, and manganese, along with a variety of flavonoids. Useful in treating inflammation or mild infections of the genitourinary tract, kidney stones, and urinary tract infection
Alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa) - contains calcium, chlorophyll, carotene, and Vitamin K; contains plenty of fiber with anticholesterolemic properties
Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita) – contains menthol which has a cooling and relaxing effect
Crystal Energy Included: Moonstone
Directions: Fill a container with 2-3 Tablespoons of dry herb. Add 3 cups of cold water and let it sit overnight. Strain and Enjoy!
