Payments
- ALL CUSTOM COMPOUNDS MUST BE PREPAID BEFORE PREPARATION.
- We offer two methods of payment to choose from:
1)We offer billing the Practitioner for the clients’ orders. Practitioners please include your credit card information and your clients shipping address when placing your orders.
2)We can contact the client directly for payment and shipping information.
We accept check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
- Credit card payments are accepted over the phone.
Finished product availability
- All formulations will be compounded and ready for shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the completed script. All completed orders ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays via USPS 2-3 day priority mail.
Shipping & Handling Policy
- We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day priority mail on all of our shipments.
- Shipping costs vary depending upon the shipping destination; however, the average cost is $7.00 – $9.00.
