Ingredients:
Holy Basil herb (Ocimum sanctum) – also known as tulsi; helps the body adapt to emotional, physical, and mental pressure
Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita) – contains menthol which has a cooling and relaxing effect
Crystal Energy Included: Amethyst
Directions: Fill tea strainer with 1 Tablespoon of dry herb. Pour 2 cups of hot water through tea strainer so that strainer and tea are immersed in the water. Steep for 15 minutes, remove strainer and Enjoy!
